Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Distributes employment applications, transfers and other requests; collects resumes; responds to inquiries regarding vacant positions; responds and advise employees on the status of the application process.
  • Conducts pre-screening interviews of prospective candidates.
  • Collects all pre-employment requirements of newly hire employees.
  • Administers skills testing, as necessary.
  • Prepares new employee files; ensures that all necessary paperwork is completed as part of the new hire process.
  • Processes all necessary employee hires, transfers, changes in salary, department, position, personal information and LOA status.
  • Responds promptly to various information requests.
  • Oversees access to employee personnel records; ensures appropriate retrieval and filing procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Human Resources experience
